| Question: How do I become a member of Scrap-n-Crop YOUR ONLINE GALLERY? |
Answer: Go to "Register", read the Terms and Conditions, click "I Agree" and complete the "Registration Form". When you have finished, click "Submit Registration". Once your account is activiated, you can login with your username and password. Please note that once you have put in your username, you cannot change it. You may change your password in your profile page anytime. Your email address will not be visible to other members and guests/visitors.

Answer: Go to "Login" and enter your username and password.

| Question: What happens if I forget my password? |
Answer: Go to "Forgot Password", submit your email address and a new password will be emailed to you.

Navigating The Gallery While Logged In |
| Question: What is on the Main Gallery Page? |
Answer: On the Main Page Gallery, you will see the following categories
"Project Scrap Away 2008"
"Design Team"
"Guest Designers"
"Member Galleries"
"Scrap-n-Crop Kits"
These are categories uploaded by Admin and can only be accessed by Admin.
Your album will appear in the "Member Galleries".

| Question: What is on the "Special Albums"? |
Answer: Below are the Special Albums that are accessible to members.
"Altered Projects"
"ATCs"
"Cards"
"Digital Scrapbooking"
"Mini Albums"
"Special Occasions & Public Holidays"
"Tags"
You can upload your images into these Special Albums if you want to showcase any projects that you have done realting to the topics. Please read "Upload Files" for more information.

| Question: How do I upload an image file? |
Answer: First you have to create an album after you login.
Before you upload your image files we recommend using your graphics software to change resolution to 72 dpi and resize to 600x600 pixels for best results.
You may upload your files using the upload boxes provided. Click "Browse", find the file to upload and click "Open". Once you have finished, click "Submit".
Uploaded projects can be made public or kept private.
The gallery allows all types of image eg "jpg, tif, bmp".

| Question: How do I upload into the Special Albums? |
Answer: Once your upload is successful, you will be directed to "Upload File Page". Click on the drop-down menu and choose the album you want to store the image file. It is either your personal album or any choice of Special Albums available.
PLEASE DO NOT DUPLICATE IMAGE FILES
If you decide to move the image you uploaded into one of the Special Albums, there is no need to upload the same image file into your personal album. Whenever a search of your username is done, all the images that you uploaded, whether in your own personal album or Special Albums will be displayed.

| Question: How do I save a picture in "My Favourites"? |
Answer: Click on a picture and click on the "picture info" link ( ); scroll down to the picture information set and click "Add to fav".
The administrator may have the "picture information" on by default.
IMPORTANT:Cookies must be enabled and the cookie from this site must not be deleted.

| Question: How do I post a comment for a picture? |
Answer: Click on a thumbnail and go to the bottom and post a comment.

| Question: What are cookies? |
Answer: Cookies are a plain text piece of data that is sent from a website and is put on to your computer.
Cookies usually allow a user to leave and return to the site without having to login again and other various chores.

| Question: What's "Album List"? |
Answer: This will show you the entire category you are currently in, with a link to each album. If you are not in a category, it will show you the entire gallery with a link to each category. Thumbnails may be a link to the category.

Answer: This feature lets users create their own galleries and add, delete or modify albums as well as upload to them.

| Question: What's "Last Uploads"? |
Answer: This feature shows the last uploads to the site.
|
| Question: What's "Last Comments"? |
Answer: This feature shows the last comments along with the files posted by users.
|
| Question: What's "Most Viewed"? |
Answer: This feature shows the most viewed files by all users (whether logged in or not).
|
| Question: What's "Top Rated"? |
Answer: This feature shows the top rated files rated by the users, showing the average rating (e.g: five users each gave a  : the file would have an average rating of ;Five users rated the file from 1 to 5 (1,2,3,4,5) would result in an average .)
The ratings go from  (best) to  (worst).

Answer: This feature will let a user store a favorite file in the cookie that was sent to your computer.
