MEDIUM -MINC REACTIVE PAINT

Heidi Swapp-Minc Reactive Paint Medium. Paint a thin layer of medium on rubber stamp designs, stamp onto the surface to be foiled, allow to dry and run it through a Minc machine (sold separately). The foil will adhere to the designs. Also great for use with stencils and templates. This package contains 3oz of reactive paint medium.
